  • We reserve the right to revise quotes prior to installation if conditions change or additional work is requested.

3. Payments and Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your installation date.

  • Payment is due according to the terms on your invoice or service agreement.

  • We accept various payment methods as specified during booking.

  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your scheduled service date.

  • Weather-related delays may cause rescheduling, and we will notify you promptly if this occurs.

5. Property Access and Safety

By scheduling installation, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to your property, including roofs, eaves, and electrical connections.

  • Ensure pets, vehicles, or other hazards do not interfere with the installation area.

  • Acknowledge that we are fully insured, but we are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or unsafe conditions (e.g., loose shingles, poor wiring, unstable ladders, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property
